During my stay, I loved the charming rooftop restaurant, offering breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The staff, especially Burcu at the concierge, were notably friendly and always eager to assist!

The surrounding area was quite gritty, with some streets needing attention. the bathroom in our room had a lingering odor that wasn't addressed during our visit.

My experience with the front desk staff was disheartening. They were smoking behind the door, and their dismissive attitude left me frustrated. Although the hotel offers a good location near public transport, the surrounding area is not particularly pleasant.

The Double Room with City View was bright and comfortable. I loved the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist, though more tourist information would be helpful. A short walk to the tram station made exploring easier—just keep in mind limited dining options nearby.

It was just an appropriate option for a flash stay in Istanbul with attractive and competitive value for money. The hotel was new and very clean, making it a nice spot to rest after a busy day. Make sure to explore the nearby restaurants, as they serve great local food.

The rooftop restaurant had the most stunning view over the city, and brekkie had a lekker selection of Turkish cheeses and pastries. I had a fantastic massage from Ashish – felt like a new person! The vibe from the staff, like every chommie there, made me feel right at home.

The elevators were a bit small, especially with luggage – made things a bit tricky.

The breakfast offered was impressive, providing a delightful start to each day, and the staff was attentive and eager to assist throughout my stay.
